Guillermo Solares
Our vision is rooted in a 50-year personal connection to autism. Our founder, Guillermo S., witnessed firsthand the limitations of the past, when the only support available for his cousin was constant supervision by a caregiver.
Today, we are moving beyond “babysitting” to provide clinical, data-driven ABA therapy that creates measurable independence.
With over 30 years of expertise in IT systems and data automation, Guillermo is now transitioning his focus toward the healthcare and behavioral health sectors. Following a life-changing kidney donation in 2025, he has dedicated his “second chance” to a new mission: using his IT systems expertise to improve the behavioral health field.
While continuing to drive value in the IT sector, Guillermo seeks to apply analytical strategies to improve the technological and effective delivery of ABA therapy in collaboration with field experts.
The Bilingual Advantage organization addresses a critical disparity in the ASD community: the language barrier for ESL (English as a Second Language) households. Research suggests that children in Spanish-speaking homes may face unique hurdles in traditional English-only clinical settings.
To address this need, we offer a specialized Bilingual Bridge Program:

Primary Language Reinforcement: Commands are initially taught in Spanish to establish foundational compliance and reduce frustration.
Integrated Transition: English commands are introduced immediately following the Spanish prompt to build dual-language familiarity.
Long-Term Success: We support a gradual transition to full English therapy, helping ensure each child is culturally and linguistically equipped for the future.

We work hand-in-hand with families, guiding and educating parents to better understand the autism spectrum and to support their children with love, structure, and consistency.
