At Crayons Learning, we lead close-knit teams of BCBAs, BCaBAs, Behavior Technicians, and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they work together to provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in their local communities.
BCBAs
The mission of the BCBA is to diligently provide ABA services to clients with autism or related special needs so they can achieve mastery of their treatment goals. This position requires compassion, integrity, organizational skills, a strong understanding of ABA, and professionalism.
Crayons Learning BCBAs provide supervision and training for Technicians who are interested in building a career in ABA. This position often offers flexible hours, whether part-time or full-time, and involves frequent interaction with the client, the client’s family, other Technicians, and fellow BCBAs.
Applicants must hold, at minimum, an active BCBA certification, and licensure if required by the state. Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS certification is required for working one-on-one with clients. We also require multiple background checks and a TB screening to help ensure client safety. Additional educational requirements may apply for Medicaid or Humana service providers.

BCaBAs

Behavior Technicians
Our BCBAs lead close-knit teams of Behavior Technicians and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) as they provide in-home Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and families in their local communities.
The mission of the Behavior Technician is to diligently implement treatment plan programs under the direction of a BCBA for clients with autism or related special needs so they can achieve mastery of their behavior treatment goals. This role requires compassion, a solid understanding of ABA, and professionalism.
Crayons Learning provides supervision and training for Technicians who are interested in becoming BCBA-certified. This position often offers flexible hours, whether part-time or full-time, and involves a high level of interaction with the client, the client’s family, other Technicians, and the supervising BCBA.
Behavior Technicians must have, at minimum, a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 40 hours of direct training that qualifies them for RBT (Registered Behavior Technician) certification through the BACB. Adult and Pediatric CPR/BLS certification is required for working one-on-one with clients. Crayons Learning also requires multiple background checks and a TB screening to help ensure client safety. Additional educational requirements may apply for Medicaid or Humana service providers.

Admin Assistant
Administrative Assistants at Crayons Learning play a critical role in supporting the smooth operation of services that help children with autism thrive. They work closely with the owner, ABA providers, and clients to help ensure efficient day-to-day operations. This role requires strong attention to detail and positive engagement with both clients and team members.
